04. DELIVERY

Each delivery of the Goods is accompanied by a delivery note which shows the date of the Order, the Order number (if any), the type and quantity of the Goods (including the code number of the Goods, where applicable), special storage instructions (if any) and, if the Goods are being delivered by installments, the outstanding balance of Goods remaining to be delivered.

Also our delivery service may also not be available on certain mercantile holidays in Sri Lanka, which holidays are decided at our discretion. We deliver only within the cities as identified in the Site. Upon delivery of the goods, the person accepting the goods ordered must sign the copy of the invoice. Provided however items delivered as provided herein cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Anyone at the Delivery Address (or upon collection) who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Polycrome online to be authorized to receive the Goods.

If there’s no one at the Delivery Address or no one of appropriate age to receive, sign and pay for the Order when the Goods are delivered, the Goods won’t be left at the Delivery Address. We’ll endeavor to contact you and may charge an additional delivery fee. A cancellation fee may also apply.

Polycrome.lk online sets from time to time a minimum order value. The minimum order value excludes the delivery fee. If required by Polycrome.lk online, you must pay the Delivery for each Order to Arpicosupercentre.com online.

Delivery will be done within the specified delivery grid and deliveries will not be done to locations outside this delivery grid.


RETURN POLICY

If the product/s you received is damaged at the point of delivery, doesn’t match with the order description, or if it’s the wrong item/s. You would be able to return the product/s irrespective of the return policy conditions of the organization you have bought the product/s from.

If you no longer want any product/s, you are requested to check & act according to the return policy terms & conditions of the respective organization you have bought the product/s from.

From process day 1 of your return of any product/s, the organization from whom you have bought the prodct/s would be able to resolve matters within 7 working days & if it’s not adhered, please be good enough to notify us to get the matters resolved.

If you have purchased the wrong product/s & if all requirements & conditions are met for the retuning, you kindly would have to purchase any other item/s to the invoiced value whereas deliver charges would be charged separately.
