Certificate Awarding Ceremony for NVQ Level 3 Qualified Electricians in the Puttalam District – 2026

A grand certificate awarding ceremony was held in Puttalam this August, organized by Polycrome Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. in collaboration with the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL). This event was part of an initiative to enhance the professional knowledge (NVQ Level 3) of electricians across the country.

We extend our best wishes for their professional careers to all the electricians who participated in this event—which recognizes the professional qualifications, knowledge, and skills of those who help ensure the safety of the electricity-consuming public in Sri Lanka—and who successfully obtained their NVQ Level 3 certificates.
