About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to support the strategic and operational delivery of our technology roadmap. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing core business systems such as SAP Business One and driving digital transformation. You will work closely with business units and vendors to deliver value-driven technology solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for SAP HANA Business One.
• Manage IT and digital projects (including SFA, Odoo, and other systems) ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications, collaborating with users and vendors to implement effective & efficient solutions.
• Design, develop, and support digital dashboards using tools such as Power BI to deliver actionable business insights and enable performance monitoring.
• Support the Head of IT & Digital Systems in implementing IT policies, digital transformation strategies and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, user manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key applications and systems.
• Lead business continuity planning, IT security, audits, and other key initiatives within the IT & Digital Systems Department.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One HANA is required.
• Knowledge of business processes across operations such as production, supply chain and sales.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Experience in vendor coordination and system documentation.

Added Advantages

• SAP Business One HANA certification or formal training.
• Exposure to systems such as SFA, Odoo, and HRIS.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, compliance requirements, or internal IT audits.
