Your Role
As Assistant Manager – HR & Administration, you are responsible for overall HR & Admin operation at Homagama Factory of Polycrome  and support factory operation with the direction of Senior Manager – HR & Administration for smooth operation of HR functions at factory.

Key Responsibilities
• Fulfill Manpower requirement as per the business plan
• Onboard new employees timely manner and keep record
• Manage HR information system and provide payroll input on time
• Support Senior Manager-HR & Admin to manage the Performance Management System
• Be the Champion of T&D execution
• Ensure legal compliance and other HR procedures are followed up properly
• Look after employee health & safety welfare and engagement activities
• Monitor third party suppliers pertaining to security and janitorial

Key Requirements
• A Degree / Diploma in HRM from a recognize Institute
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in Human Resource Information System
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills • A team player with good leadership skills
• Experience in manufacturing company would be an advantage.
• Male candidate age between 25 to 40 years.
