Key Responsibilities;

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all manufacturing equipment to
  ensure operational efficiency.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies aimed at minimizing
  downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan.
• Evaluate production processes to identify and address areas for continuous
  improvement, enhancing overall productivity
• Lead and manage engineering projects with purchasing, including the introduction of
  new products, equipment upgrades, and process innovations
• Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear timelines, and manage budgets to
  ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related professional
• qualification from reputed institution.

• A minimum of ten years experience in maintenance/engineering in manufacturing
  plant and at least three years in managerial position.
• Hands-on experience in injection molding machines maintenance, pneumatic,
  chillers, engineering workshop machines is must.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-9001-2015
• Applicants must be male and under 50 years of age and working under tight deadline
  and working environment.
